I have adjusted my meds for ADHD and depression to:20 mg Celexa + 300 mg Wellbutrin XRIs it safe to increase to 450mg Wellbutrin? My doc is a general doctor, so I rely on my research before I go in to talk with him.I started out with 150, now 300, and each time the chipper / happy feelings seem to fade after 7-10 days. Hoping more will keep it there.



What is a safe / correct balance with Celexa + Wellbutrin?

I was on 300 mg. of Effexor XR, 150 of Lamictal, 150 of Wellbutrin, and 50 of Seroquel. I've gotten great help while in the hospital in the past, but I've really lost faith in our system after recent experiences. I'm divorced now, can't work, dropped from my insurance....my kids are holding me together. I can't believe how incredibly horrible this is. It's been three weeks now. Does anyone know how long this will take and about natural/herbal alternatives to help with PTSD, bipolar disorder and depression? Thank you so much for your help.



I am withdrawing from psych meds cold turkey. This is hell. How long will it take??

I'm wondering how any of you have combated the fatigue factor with depression? I know it's a process that you have to just battle through sometimes, but it's tough to "fake" like you have energy though. Certainly, I know positive thoughts are good and what not, but to me thoughts can only get you so far. If your body's physically tired (like mine certainly is daily), then your physically tired.I'm seeing my psychiatrist again on Friday and together we're still trying to figure out a recipe to solve the tiredness. Recently, we've added wellbutrin XL to the 300 mg of Effexor XR I take in the morning (the dosages are so high mainly just to see if ANY dosage works to fix the tired feelings).Has anyone beaten the tiredness with depression? I'm talking genuinely beat it. Hell, if anyone has alleviated their tiredness to where they can find the energy to energetically talk with friends and answer phone calls I'd be happy to hear it. -Travis

Hello-I'm currently taking Wellbutrin 150 mgs. XL for depression with no side effects. However, some depression is returning, and the 300 mg (next size up) of Wellbutrin is too much and made me jumpy and angry so I went back down.My doctor has now suggested adding 50 mgs. of Effexor XR instead. But when I read some of the things people have said about, it looks like scary stuff with people acting strange and withdrawal problems. Can you tell me your experiences with it?I've been throught 2 doctors and a few bad medicines in the last bit, so I'm always afraid of something new. But I want very much to just feel better.Thanks :)



Experiences with Effexor XR?

I have been taking lexapro 10mg and wellbutrin xr 300. Occasionally .25 xanax when I have panic attacks. I am in my pms week and today I noticed I am feeling really down. Course my circumstances aren't the greatest (we just found out my Dad has lung cancer) after he just had a heart attack, and also living with a son that has autism. Thanks for your help!



Are anti-depressants really less effective for women during their period, or is it just my physcho hormones?

My doctor has just increased my wellbutrin to 300 mg from 150 mg & I have also been put on 15mg of adderall to take in the afternoon while at work .I am on these drugs for my low concentration levels at work as they tend to fade after 4 hours of being awake and I find it hard to think clearly. I've also been diagnosed for deppression.Has anyone tried this combo & what effects did they have on you? presently my dosages of 150 mg's and 15 of adderall were not really helping my concentration levels or energy levels late in the work day. I was wondering what your experiences were.i was on 150 mg's for about 6 months and the adderall i have been on for 6 weeks now



300 Mg's of wellbutrin xr and 15 Mg's of adderall?

I have been on Wellbutrin SR 300 for about 3 yrs, and Effexor XR 150 for about 16 months. my husband changed jobs & his new job has no insurance, I can get insurance through my job but not until Aug 1. I called my doc & told him the situation, asked for any samples but they didnt have any. their best advice was they'd call in the rxs to Costco bcuz that was supposed 2b the cheapest. when i called the pharmacy found out it was still going 2b $150 for each rx, for 1 month (that was w/generic welb but there was no gen eff). anyway i didnt have $$ to buy them, w/husband just changing jobs & we've also just moved. So i've been without the meds for about 1 week now. ive felt pretty nauseated, dizzy, sweaty, today had a bit of a crying episode over seemingly nothing.... i'm just wondering if ne1 has had the same situation & how long did it take for the withdrawal type symptoms to subside?



Anyone had to quit Effexor and/or Wellbutrin cold turkey?





Does anynone know what the maximum dosage of Wellbutrin XR that can be taken? I am currently on 300..?

I have been taking Wellbutrin XL 150 mg, I tried to increase the dose to 300mg but I feel kind of agitated(today is the fourth day). My doctor said I could take the 150 XL with XR 75 mg to lessen the side effects. Anyone have any advice? Should I give the 300 mg a few more days first?



What is the difference between Wellbutrin XL and Wellbutrin XR? Has anyone taken them together?
