Hello.I was just kind of curious on the question.I havent smoked weed in about six years. So no im not a pothead looking for some pot!I was curious if Depression qualifies for medical marijuana in Arizona? I have been on anti-depressents (celexa and trazadone), one was to help me sleep. But it would just knock me out and I would have bad dreams (Every Night!!!) then I would just wake up sad and depressed. The whole time taking these perscriptions I never noticed a difference at all. If anything it seemed to just get worse. I don't like the idea of taking pills which take five weeks to start working. It effects my life, as I can't find work because I hate the thought of getting out of bed in the morning, everyday seems to be a bad day and everything sets me off!Will I qualify? Does Arizona do medical marijuana for depression? How can I go about obtaining a perscription? Does depression qualify for medical marijuana in Arizona?

I'm 18 years old and began taking 10mg celexa (citalopram) for depression about a month ago. I started feeling light-headed and dizzy within the first couple of days, which I believe is normal. A couple of weeks in, I began having nightmares every couple of days, where it would be rare for me to have nightmares at all before I started taking celexa. In addition to that, a few days ago I started taking 25mg trazodone for sleeping problems and my nightmares started getting much more vivid to the point where I would find myself waking up in a panic a series of times throughout the night. I'm not sure if the trazodone provoked the nightmares at all or if it was just the celexa. Does this go away over time? Should I be asking my doctor for a different SSRI? Should I stop taking trazodone? Any advice would be appreciated.



Celexa and trazodone...nightmares?

Im a 19 year old guy... about 5'10, 150 lbs, high metabolism and naturally always had a really good beach body "DEFF SOMETHING I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE"...but I'm going on celexa due to mild depression and severe social anxiety.. My doctor never mentioned weight gain but I did some research and have heard alot of horror story's of it causing massive weight gain.. How much should I worry??? :/



Does Celexa make your fat?

I would like to ask if anyone has been prescribed celexa and hydrocodone/lortab 10 at the same time? The meds came from two different Drs.which of course one of the Drs. said fine to mix the two. But then I read online under major drug interactions with celexa one of which is listed is hydrocodone! Thanks for any info. if have taken these two together.



Asking about drug interaction.?

I just found out that I am about 8 weeks pregnant. I have taken xanax on a few occasions and I am terrified that it may have damaged the fetus. I am also on Adderall and Celexa. I have a severe anxiety disorder along with ADD and mild depression. Obviously I plan to stop my meds now, but has anyone out there taken these meds while pregnant and have a healthy baby, or a baby with any problems as a result? Thank you!I have read in detail at this point which categories each drug falls under, but I am more concerned that the fetus has already been harmed. Has anyone taken these drugs? If so, what was the effect on your baby? Thanks.



Xanax during pregnancy?

As somebody who has experienced high and frightening levels of anxiety for years I am wondering I increasing my dose of Celexa from 40mg to 60mg is worth it. I also take 6mg brand name Klonopin daily and while sometimes I feel myself other days I feel angry, look for arguments, and feel extremely depressed. I don't care about being addicted to benzos as I have withdrew from 3 years of Xanax only to find my body having no positive effect. I now am more social and no longer afraid but I want to combat my depression. Celexa is the only SSRI that works for me. Thanks



Increasing Celexa from 40mg to 60mg?

I went to the Dr on Monday and got put on Zoloft 50mg's and Mylan 0.5mg's (DX: MDD). I used to take Celexa 20mg's for a little over a year now. With Celexa I had these ongoing waves of depression to the point that I was thinking I was taking pills for no reason at all since to me they were not working. I stopped taking them for about 2 months (bad move I know!) then went back on them. I never told my doctor about how long I stopped taking them for, I just said I was off for a couple of weeks. My biggest fear right now is worrying that it won't work. My husband is currently overseas on a Hardship Tour he's due back soon and I know those days are going to fly by. I tried to explain to him how I feel, what my fears are and what I hope it would be like when he is home. I have insomnia...really bad insomnia..I don't go to bed til about 4am and my day has to start at 7am due to our 3 children. I know that everyone is different and all when it comes to meds but what are my chances of it working? How long should I wait before I let my doctor know that they are not working for me?oh also forgot to add that my doctor won't give me sleeping pills at all because I have children. I go to bed at 9pm then lay there for about 3 hours then get up and talk to my husband on Skype for a bit then go lay back down til I eventually go to sleep. There has been nights where I won't go to sleep at all. It's like my body only allows me to have 3 hours of sleep. What's the difference between Celexa and Zoloft? Also what's Mylan for? I've experienced a great amount of anxiety and had a few panic attacks at the grocery store...I had to leave my cart and go home because of them a few times..I do go to counseling also about once a month.



Afraid to switch my meds...in fear they won't work?

I was in a hospital less than a week ago and got put on Celexa 10mg, and was taking ativan a few times a day. I'm not sure if one of those medications caused this, but I started to hallucinate. It happened a few times, I was there for about 4 and a half days. But I could CONTROL the hallucinations to an extent. It was outlines of people with some details, and gates on the floor. It was the first time I ever hallucinated but I really felt like I had superpowers(and I'm an X-Men fan), so I really liked it, aside from being freaked out at first, I started to play with it and try to make other things appear. I want that again. I want that superpower feeling. I'm still taking the Celexa but I haven't had any hallucinations or anything. =(What should I take to hallucinate? I'm in California, I think salvia is legal here, I've never done drugs or anything so I really don't know about this stuff. I know sleep deprivation can cause hallucinations, but that's really bad for you, and I like sleep so I couldn't do that, so I'm thinking drugs will work like the first time. What do I take that's safest??



I really want to hallucinate again, how can I?

A friend of mine went to a doctor who saw her for only 5 minutes! She disclosed she takes Celexa but he prescribed her a cannibus card anyway, It can not be good to be mixing these two together, can anyone give me some info on how these two should not be mixed, I would like her to be informed because I care, If I am wrong then please let me know that too. I am on celexa and its hard for me to sit still. Im gonna bring up changing the meds with my pdoc but was wondering which ones causes the least restlessness cause its driving me crazy. I am also on abilify which gives me akathisia so .. yeah. Im also on clonazapem that helps a little bit.
