Side effects to wellbutrin?

3 day ago I started taking Wellbutrin sr 150mg once a day. It makes me so hungry. Even when I do eat, Im still hungry!! Even my stomach growl, not the gassy growl, but the hunger ones. I don't want to stop taking it because its only been three days, but I definitely don't want any weight gain, and I hate feeling hungry all the time!

My doctor prescribed Wellbutrin sr for SAD. i've read many of the side effects but it didn't mention hunger. ever since i started to take it, i get so hungry. I don't overeat, but i hate being hungry all the time. is this a temporary side effect. I heard its supposed to suppress appetite, but its doing the opposite for me. Anyone else out there going through this, or have gone through this? its only my third day taking it and i only take it once a day at 150 mg. i really don't want to gain weight, im actually trying to lose a few lbs!that link talks about pregnancy, im not pregnant

im taking lamictal for depression/bipolar and it has been great. Ive had no sexual side effects or weight gain. Ive taking 200mg in the morn for about 2 yrs a noticed that it's not working like it use to cause im getting depression again.I know meds vary from person to person but are there any (new) meds out there that have few sexual/weight gain? help i cant find the right combo for my manic depression and bipolar?

I've been taking Yaz, the birth control for almost a year.Wellbutrin, I've been taking for three months and experienced weight loss.Without any form of consent, I was placed on the generic version of Yaz, which is called Gianvi.I've gained weight, had breakthrough bleeding, horrible headaches, and feelings of bloating since being on it. I've read many reviews on Gianvi, and have heard really bad things about it.I'm trying to make a decision to either go back on Yaz with my wellbutrin, or just to stop taking birth control all in all. Either way, I'm definitely getting off of Gianvi.Can anyone PLEASE help me with my decision, I need facts, and even opinion.

What medication will give me mental strength? Wellbutrin? Prozac? Abilify?I'm trying to loose weight and I remember that being on Wellbutrin I lost a lot of weight. I was down to 135 lbs. I am 5 6. I was eating healthy and exercising, running, jogging and eating less. I had a lot of energy. I gained a lot of weight on Zyprexa. I'm now 222. Obese

I am currently on Lexapro 10mg and Epilim 600mg but am concerned about weight gain.I have BPD, slight paranoia, anger and mood swings.



Is Wellbutrin a good drug?

I was put on Seroquel as a mood stabilizer and to treat anxiety ( it also helps me sleep) . I requested wellbutrin to treat the depression side of my condition. I am very worried about the weight gain side effects of Seroquel. I seem to find a lot of people on the Internet saying how they gain weight on Seroquel and cant lose it. I hear that wellbutrin helps to lose weight . So my questions are these;1. Can the wellbutrin counteract the weight gain of the Serquel?2. Can wellbutrin bring on mania? Ever since I was young, my parents and adults told me that college was the best years of your life so you need to make the most of it. These years are being wasted away.Two years ago I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. The doctors put me on Paxil and told me nothing. It took a year and a half later to notice that I gained almost sixty pounds, and that made my depression even worse.I got it through my head that I couldn't stand being this way any longer. I told myself that if I lost quit the drugs, I'd be happy again. Quitting Paxil was more difficult than I ever imagined. The withdrawal caused me to be even more depressed and I couldn't find the joy in waking up in the morning. I was so desperate for relief I went every where for help, and then I heard marijuana could take the pain away.Marijuana became the miracle drug. The withdrawals subsided immediately, and I got my weight back. However, my mood became really aggravating and my anxiety returned. My parents told me to go back to the doctor and I was put on Wellbutrin. It helps a little bit. I feel calm and relaxed, and I feel generally happy.But I feel so alone. Throughout my life I can only say I've only had one true friend. Going into college is such a challenge because of that. I get the vibe that a lot of people here are egomaniacs, and the other ones are holed up in their rooms all day playing video games. I've turned back to ganja to keep me happy.I feel like I need a girlfriend though, but I've never had one before and I don't know where to start. I'm awfully shy and alone. I feel comfortable in my own surroundings and I don't like being in large groups. Because of that, it's really difficult for me to meet people. I noticed today that dodge ball didn't cut it.My life isn't in a downward spiral because of weed. I get good grades and I keep up in school; I never missed a day of class, but inside I am not happy. I am lonely and helpless.I don't want to be like this forever, but personalities cannot change.Oh and I have seen a psychiatrist, but it doesn't seem to help much.



I don't know what to do anymore.?

I was prescribed this drug two years ago for adult A.D.H.D. but my doctor says I can try going off it now.I actually felt worse physically while I was on it than before0though it did calm me a bit mentally.I have bad indigestion, bloating, weight gain, sore muscles, and insomnia.
