has anyone went from bupropion 75mg to?

it was working taking 75mg twice a day and now my doc wants me to start taking 150 twice a day but havent started it cause my insurance but anyways i am very irritated and annoyed . im hoping when a start taking 150mg it helps . just wondering if anyyone has felt like this

has went from taking 75mg of wellbutrin twice a day to 150 twice a day. how did it elp you. my doc says 150 is still a low does . it helps with the weigh which i like i lost 3 1/2 pounds in two weeks but also this med helps my depression.



wanting to see if anyone out there?

I know a twelve year old kid, that has had several problems. It started about one year ago, march 9. He started kicking shoes, throwing things, and was very angry. He did not break anything. He was very angry and irritable. He sad he was so nervous he could not sit still. He heard his name being called from the outside of his head. He heard "kill" inside his head. He had racing thoughts. He did not feel any peace or joy, but he felt nervous and angry. He took "small" rages. When I mean small, he was very aggressive but did not break or ruin anything. The next day (3/10/09) he was admitted to a psychiatric hospital. He was put on Seroquel 50, then 100 milligrams. He and his family were not happy with this hospital and they signed him out. Around March 24, 2009 he went to another Psychiatric Institute & Clinic. He was in there almost 3 weeks. He was put on the medication called Abilify. This helped for a little while. He rode it out adding other medications with it. He finally could not take it, he went goofy again. So, he went to see his therapist and she said you need to go to a Psychiatric Center now. So, he did and he was there six days. They took him off of the Abilify and added Seroquel 25 MG, Risperdal 1 MG, and Wellbutrin 75MG. They helped for about a week or 2. They quit working. He was then put on Seroquel XR 50 MG. They droped regular Seroquel and Risperal. They did keep the Wellbutrin. He did well almost "normal" again. Then he fell apart again. Taking rages, hearing his name, having racing thoughts (which I forgot, he had from day one of his life). He says there is this women watching him in a red shirt and black pants. She is in a cloud. His therapist asked can you make her go away, he tried and it did not. So, they are upping the Seroquel XR to 75 MG. Do you know what type of mental illness he could have? His Uncle has been diagnosed Paranoid Schizophrenic. He is on Clozaril. It has really helped him. His father has a mental illness, but self medicates and has no diagnosis. His father now resides in Canada. We have had several ideas from Doctors but no official diagnosis. Do you have any idea what could be wrong or any good hospitals that you reccomend.THANK YOU, IN ADVANCE

I started Wellbutrin 75mg 2 weeks ago and moved to 100mg yesterday. I know that one of the side effects is weight loss..also frequent urination..does that go hand in hand? I just don't want to lose any weight, I don't have a scale so I don't know if I have or not.because i have been urinating very often.

does wellbutrin 75mg cause weight gain?

ok heres a little run down about me, im a college student in my junior year, planning to go to law school, etc. I have ocd and tourettes and just since last year started getting real depressed. I have been every Antidepressant and ssri known to man, but never really needed medication, the ocd was always somewhat manageable. This was until last yr. I started getting really depressed and my ocd was 10x worse. I ended up losing my girlfriend over it and really struggled in school (have a 3.5 overall gpa but should be better, doctor just recently attributed my ocd and depression getting back to excessive alcohol use, and normal stress in college) I was taking lexapro and abilify but it didnt make me feel that great, and i gained a ton of weight. Recently ive been on deplin, i felt ok but not great. i started taking deplin, which after a week i felt like i used to feel before the depression hit me. so im on wellbutrin(75mg split in half once a day, i used to take 150 but mad my facial tics and ocd sooo much worse) and deplin( 7.5 mg twice a day) but i dont like how the wellbutrin makes me feel stupid, i cant think or concentrate, but am much more outgoing and social then i usually am, which i like. since ive been depressed though ive lost all motivation for anything, school work,, anything, (i was always very motivated with school and scored a internship after my freshman yr of college with a top company in my field because of how motivated i was) now even though i dont feel depressed anymore ( i think the deplin which is supposed to balance neurotransmitters, is really helping) i am not motivated in any way. I stopped drinking as much and am taking care of my body better, but just dont feel like i used to. i dont want to do my work, apply for jobs/internships, clean my room, etc. also i want to try getting off the wellbutrin cause of the side effects with memory loss and concentration ( even though i feel more outgoing and fun socially, i dont think its worth the side effects) i'm happy or at leaste i think i am somewhat, i just dont know whats wrong with me?
