Start small, eat a salad from time to time, add some fruits for snacking, and try to stick to it.
Exercise – The last thing to consider is going to be difficult for some, and it's not in regards to eating. Exercise is crucial to losing weight. Make sure that you spend some time moving around. This is not a call to run a marathon, so don't take this and literally run forward twenty miles, it's a call to start walking, jogging, or even small steps forward.
