Yoga has mentions in diversified religious scriptures in 400B.C. There is a mention about various ancient yoga skills.

·         It helps you learn indicate by a mark between real and unreal, get remove by violence of all passions and six virtues of life

Bhaktiyoga: Yoga through religiousness
